  1. Fill out the form and click Submit Form.
  2. Download a PDF Order Form and fill out in the free Adobe Reader (or similar software). Then you can print or email the form plus save the order to your device.
  3. Click Print Form button at bottom, then manually write in your order.

Once the form is complete, send it to our shop as soon as possible to get on the schedule. Animals tagged upon slaughter to guarantee the animal you bring in is the meat you take home. To learn more, view Our Process page.

QUARTER BEEF CUT ORDER

¼ Beef Order: 1" Steaks (2 per pack), Roasts 3-4 lbs., Ground Beef 1 lb. packs

T-Bone, Rib (Bone-In Rib Eye), Tenderloin, Tri-Tip, Top Sirloin, and Coulotte Steaks are cut with every order, unless customer opts out. Boneless steaks not available for ¼ beef.

Steaks: 2 per package and 1" thick
Roasts: 3-4 lbs.
Ground Beef: 1 lb. packages
